The Para Hills Community Club Inc AGM

Any member desirous of having any business raised at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), that requires a motion, including Life Member nominations, must give notice in writing to the Secretary not less than fourteen (14) days before the date of the meeting*. Therefore, the Secretary MUST RECEIVE any such notice no later than 7:00pm on 10th September, 2024.

Noting Life Membership nomination forms can be obtained from the Duty Manager or Bar Staff.

COMMITTEE VACANCIES
Nominations are now open for Four (4) General Committee Member positions

* Any nominee for a Committee Member’s position must have been a financial member of the Club for not less than one year*

* Police security check is mandatory to hold a position on The Committee as directed by the Liquor & Gaming Licensing Act

*Nomination Forms may be obtained from the Bar, signed by two (2) Ordinary or Life Members, and bearing the written consent of the nominee to act in the position nominated*

* Nominations must be received not less than seven (7) days prior to the AGM*, therefore the Secretary MUST RECEIVE all nominations no later than 7:00pm, 17th September 2024.

Please note the venue will be an alcohol-free zone for the duration of the AGM.
