The Para Hills Community Club was formed in 1966 after intensive research by the Para Hills Progress Association. The mission was to provide a complete centre for social, sporting and cultural activities for everybody in Para Hills and the surrounding areas. The Para Hills Community Club was officially opened on 14 June 1969.

The Club would become an ideal place for newcomers to the district to meet people and make new friendships. Over these 50 years, the Club has evolved into a source of support for many different sporting Clubs, fundraising ventures, charities, schools and social groups.

Currently there are over 6,000 financial members and it is certainly THE place to be to meet with family and friends in the northern suburbs.
